We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Processing and Delivery Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, your order will be handed over to fulfillment for shipment.
Standard delivery times are 5–7 business days, depending on your shipping destination.
Please note that processing and delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or periods of high demand.
Shipping Costs
One-Time Orders: Standard shipping is free for orders that meet the minimum order value. Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Subscription Orders: All subscription shipments include free standard shipping, regardless of order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be available in your Liven account and will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence (if applicable), and we will assist you with a resolution.
Additional Information
Liven is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase to prevent misdelivery or failed delivery.
In the event a shipment is delayed, damaged, or marked as lost in transit, Liven may, at its discretion, assist the customer in contacting the carrier or submitting a claim. However, ultimate responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier, and Liven is not obligated to replace, reship, or refund orders that are lost or delayed after being transferred to the carrier.
